All wholesale orders are subject to our applicable Minimum Wholesale Order Value (MOV) and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements. Orders must meet the applicable requirements before they can be processed.
Wholesale pricing is provided through our current wholesale price sheet. Prices may change based on product availability, order volume, and updated wholesale pricing.
A final Proforma Invoice will confirm the applicable products, quantities, pricing, and total order value.

Full payment is required before the order enters processing unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Customers should send payment confirmation or a receipt after completing the transfer.
Once payment has been verified, our team will begin processing the order. Customers should provide accurate product selections, quantities, shipping information, and marketplace/FBA details where applicable.
After payment and order processing, applicable wholesale documentation may include:
Documentation is provided based on the customer's order and applicable requirements.
Eligible customers may purchase products for resale on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, subject to the respective marketplace's policies, approval requirements, and account status.
Marketplace approval is independently determined by the marketplace.
Where applicable, customers may request shipment to Amazon FBA or a designated 3PL facility.
FBA preparation may include applicable labeling, barcoding, poly-bagging, packaging, and shipment preparation services.
Returns or refunds are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy. Customers must contact our team and receive approval before returning products.
Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported promptly for review.
Order changes or cancellations may be possible before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may be subject to additional conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, available shipment information and the Tracking ID will be provided to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate legal business information, shipping details, marketplace account information, and any other information required to process their order correctly.
By placing a wholesale order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to these wholesale terms.
