Customers may be asked to provide their Amazon Seller ID, Merchant Token, storefront information, legal business name, and other account details required for processing.
Amazon independently reviews seller and brand applications. Providing an invoice, LOA, or supporting documentation does not guarantee approval, as final approval decisions are made by Amazon according to its current policies and verification procedures.
All documentation must be used only for legitimate wholesale and marketplace purposes and must accurately reflect the customer's business and purchasing relationship.
Once the wholesale order has been paid and successfully processed, our team will prepare the applicable paid invoice and supporting authorization documents and provide them to the customer according to the order and documentation requirements.
